Raw boards

Technology

Chipboards are made of specially prepared wood particles that are pressed under high pressure and high temperature with the addition of binding resins and synthetic glue. The outer layer of the board is made of the finest wood chips, thanks to which the board is characterized by low roughness of the surface. As a result, chipboards can be laminated, veneered, varnished and postformed with provision of high resistance to peeling, or used directly in furniture structures.

Properties

The homogeneous structure provides the chipboards with excellent and stable insulation and strength parameters. The high resistance of the boards means that they can be used for both construction and finishing works. Thanks to a specialized finish, they are easy to process, resistant to loads and resistant to moisture. Thanks to the advanced production technology, chipboards enable the attenuation of unwanted noises in rooms. You can freely write, wash, stick and drill on the boards without fear of cracks, breaks or discolouration.

Application

Chipboard is a product used in the furniture and construction industries. Raw boards are used for the production of furniture and as a construction material, e.g. for partition and insulation walls in the construction industry. Raw chipboards are also the basic production material for kitchen worktops, window sills, floors and furniture fronts, which are then veneered with veneer or foil, or laminated. They are also used for direct use as structural elements in the production of upholstered furniture.
